Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Sales Management: Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is well-organized.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and product displays are attractive.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in jewellery.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attributes: Customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
