Production Manager Duties

• Manage and evaluate entire production process diamond jewelry/polki
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting diamond jewelry/polki
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer /vendor satisfaction diamond jewelry/polki
• Maintain a safe production environment diamond jewelry/polki
• Metal and diamond QC knowledge basic must
• Coordinate with vendors/Mumbai manufacturing office /directors regarding production process.
• Monitoring & overseeing the production process, production schedule.

• Working out the human and material resources needed.
• Drafting a timescale for the completing their job done on time.
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Monitoring & being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
• Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers, Karigars
• Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervising and motivating a team.
• Reviewing worker performance under their team.
• Identifying training needs.
