Nimbark Jewels is looking for a passionate Production Manager to join the growing team in Delhi.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate product development and trends in the Industry
• Determine product demand and customer awareness
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
• Strong experience in delegating and managing the job to all departments of Manufacturing
• Able to handle -Issues/Receivables from Karigars for Precious Metals and Diamonds.
• Must do production related sourcing. To take care of all the stocks related to production.
• Make sure the Production Process is planned and smooth production process executed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production
• He /She needs to handle a team of 20 workers.
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong project management skills and leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Good Multitasker 
• Min 8-10 yrs of experience in a good Production Unit.
• Working experience in Export
