Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory updates.
- Resolve order-related queries and issues promptly.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in order processing or similar roles
- Previous experience with Jewellery Order Management
