Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product development projects to ensure they meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with designers to create innovative and market-driven jewelry concepts.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless prototyping and manufacturing.
• Research market trends to identify new opportunities for product development.
• Monitor quality control processes during product development stages.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials, and trends is a plus.
