Role Objective/Purpose-

To form strong relationships with clients; pre and post-sales.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Consulting Sales:
● Hold empathetic, yet professional, conversations with potential clients, and suggest products tailored to their specific requirements.
● Share product images/videos over Whatsapp, and allow clients to choose and customise according to their needs.
Invoicing:
● Precisely list the items that the client has chosen, as well as the respective prices of products, and to send the invoice, along with any product documentation to the Operations Executive (if available).
Dispatching:
● Oversee the packaging processes, ensuring quality, as well as double-checking that the package includes all the products and required documents.
● Inform the client about product tracking details.
● Ensure that the products are supplied in a timely manner.
Client feedback:
● Contact the client after their order has been received, and converse with them about product satisfaction. Feedback should be acknowledged respectfully and complaints should be documented.
● Ensure that any concerns are resolved as soon as feasible, and that they are not repeated.
● Inform the marketing team of the client’s feedback, in order to analyse and remodel the current marketing process.
Client conversion:
● Reach out to potential clients by sharing relevant information over calls/messages, or other platforms.
● Fulfil the organisation's sales target by consistently converting  prospective clients into paying clients.
● Brainstorm new, and profitable sales avenues for Avaesa.

Salary/stipend-

• Salary/stipend Interns: 10k
• 6 months Probation: 15k (permanent)
• Salary After 6 months: basic pay of 15k-20k + 3% incentive based on sales (after crossing 3.5lakhs)
