Colour Jewels is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage end-to-end jewellery order execution, oversee collection planning, and coordinate between design, production, and clients. The candidate should have strong exposure to high-value jewellery merchandising and deep understanding of production timelines and costing.
Responsibilities
Order & Production Management
Handle complete order lifecycle from inquiry to dispatch
Coordinate with design, CAD, and production teams
Monitor sampling, approvals, and bulk production timelines
Ensure adherence to delivery schedules
Client Coordination
Communicate with buyers for approvals, modifications & follow-ups
Share order updates and resolve client queries
Maintain strong long-term client relationships
Planning & Forecasting
Plan monthly production schedules
Analyze sales trends and demand forecasts
Monitor inventory & raw material requirements
Costing & Commercial Control
Verify costing sheets and maintain margin targets
Reduce wastage and improve efficiency
Requirements
10+ years jewellery merchandising experience
Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery production
Excellent coordination & follow-up ability
Advanced Excel & reporting skills
Commercial awareness & negotiation ability
