Cosmos Diamonds Job: Jewellery sales executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers, provide expert advice, and meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on jewellery trends, materials, and product features to assist customers effectively.
• Store Presentation: Maintain an attractive and well-stocked store, ensuring displays are visually appealing.
• Transaction Management: Process sales, exchanges, and returns accurately; handle cash and payments.
• Achieve Targets: Contribute to meeting individual and store sales goals through promotions and events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven retail sales experience (preferably in jewellery or luxury goods).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for jewellery and fashion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of jewellery styles and materials is a plus.

Education:

• High school diploma required; experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred.

Languages:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
