Cosmos Diamonds: Retail Sales Exec in Bangalore

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our growing retail team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences. Freshers who are confident and willing to learn are welcome!

* Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products * Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and display * Handle billing, payments, and basic POS operations * Ensure inventory accuracy through stock checks and replenishment * Build strong customer relationships and maintain repeat sales * Achieve individual and store sales targets * Support store operations including packaging, trials, and product arrangement

* Excellent communication skills (English + local language preferred) * Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly * Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly * Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow * Comfortable working in rotational shifts / weekends * Prior retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory

* Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma * Graduate candidates preferred * Retail training or certification is an added advantage
