Devtech India is looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns while managing the company’s social media presence to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.

The role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, and audience growth.

Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Monitor and optimize paid campaigns for ROI Generate qualified leads through digital channels Manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility Social Media Management Create and manage content calendars Develop engaging posts, reels, and creatives Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms Track insights and improve engagement metrics Content & Branding Coordinate with designers/content creators Assist in branding and campaign strategies Monitor competitors and industry trends Reporting & Analytics Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Track KPIs (CPL, engagement rate, traffic, conversions) Suggest improvements based on analytics
