Responsibilities
Perform prong, channel, bezel, pavé, and flush settings
Secure diamonds firmly as per approved designs
Ensure durability and correct placement of stones
Meet daily production targets with consistent quality
Coordinate with polishing and QC teams to reduce rework
Maintain tools, workbench cleanliness, and safety standards
Requirements
Strong knowledge of traditional diamond setting techniques
Ability to work on multiple designs and production batches
Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing workflows
Attention to quality and durability
Tools & Technical Knowledge
Traditional diamond setting hand tools
Loupe for inspection
Experience working on gold jewellery (18K / 22K)

Education Requirements
ITI / Jewellery Setting course preferred
Hands-on shop floor experience required
