We are seeking an experienced Diamond Microsetter with advanced skills in fine and precision setting for high-end diamond jewellery. The role requires extreme accuracy, steady hand control, and experience working on luxury and micro-diamond jewellery pieces.

Perform micro pavé, micro prong, invisible, and fine setting work on diamond jewellery Set very small diamonds with perfect alignment, depth, and symmetry Ensure uniform brilliance and secure stone placements Interpret CAD designs and technical drawings accurately Coordinate with CAD, mounting, and polish teams for flawless execution Identify and correct setting imperfections prior to polishing Handle high-value jewellery pieces with utmost care

Strong expertise in micro diamond setting techniques Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to micro-level detailing Ability to work under magnification (microscope / loupe) Strong understanding of diamond sizes, cuts, and pavé layouts Tools & Technical Knowledge Microscope / Loupe-assisted setting Micro-setting tools and burrs Experience with CAD-based jewellery production
