Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Executive (Assistant) to manage, monitor, and support inventory operations efficiently. The candidate will assist in maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with warehouse/store teams, and ensuring smooth inventory control processes.

The role requires strong accountability, analytical ability, and hands-on experience in inventory management.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records (physical & system-based) Monitor inward & outward stock movement Update inventory data in ERP/software on a daily basis Maintain stock ledger and reconciliation records Stock Audits & Reconciliation Conduct regular physical stock verification Identify discrepancies and report mismatches Ensure proper documentation of stock adjustments Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with warehouse/store/purchase teams Maintain inward and outward stock documentation Prepare weekly & monthly inventory reports Ensure proper tagging and labeling of goods Process Compliance Follow inventory control SOPs Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages/overstocking Ensure safety and proper storage of stock

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in inventory/store/warehouse management Strong knowledge of stock maintenance processes Experience in ERP/Inventory management software Good analytical and reconciliation skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work systematically and independently Basic knowledge of MS Excel
