We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team of 21 staff members, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, English, and Malayalam, with strong leadership and retail management skills.
Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate a team of 21 employees
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalations effectively
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets
Maintain inventory accuracy, stock movement, and inward/outward records
Ensure proper store visual merchandising and product presentation
Handle billing counters, cash management, and daily sales reporting
Implement company SOPs, policies, and discipline standards
Coordinate with backend teams, vendors, and management
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times
Support recruitment and onboarding of new store staff when required
Requirements
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail
Strong people management and leadership abilities
Fluency in Hindi, English & Malayalam is mandatory
Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work extended retail hours
Sales-driven mindset with focus on customer satisfaction
Knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, and retail operations
