The Junior Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in product selection, driving walk-in conversions, and ensuring a premium in-store experience aligned with luxury retail standards.

Assist customers with product knowledge and styling guidance Drive daily sales targets and conversion ratios Maintain VM standards and store hygiene Support stock management and inventory checks Ensure billing accuracy and CRM updates Build customer relationships and repeat business

0–3 years in retail sales (Jewellery / Luxury / Fashion preferred) Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
