Responsibilities
1. Engage with walk-in customers and understand their preferences.
2. Present jewelry with confidence and brand storytelling.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat sales.
5. Assist with billing, packaging, stock handling, and store upkeep.
6. Ensure store presentation aligns with luxury brand standards.
6. Support store operations and collaborate with senior sales staff.
Requirements
1. 6 months to 2 years of experience in luxury retail (jewelry, watches, or premium fashion).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong product presentation and customer engagement skills.
4. Multilingual ability preferred (English, Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil).
5. Polished grooming and professional attitude.
6. Willing to work weekends and rotational shifts.
