Responsibilities
Handle high-ticket customers and premium walk-ins
Drive conversions and upselling of LGD jewellery
Guide JCs on sales and customer handling
Manage client follow-ups and repeat clients
Ensure store SOP adherence and customer satisfaction
Support store manager in achieving monthly revenue goals
Requirements
Experience Required
3–6 years in jewellery retail (Lab-grown or Natural diamonds)
Proven sales track record
Experience handling high-value transactions
Skills Required
Advanced diamond knowledge (4Cs, certifications, pricing)
Strong negotiation skills
CRM familiarity
Relationship-driven selling
