Experience Required 3–6 years in jewellery retail (Lab-grown or Natural diamonds) Proven sales track record Experience handling high-value transactions Skills Required Advanced diamond knowledge (4Cs, certifications, pricing) Strong negotiation skills CRM familiarity Relationship-driven selling

Graduate (Retail / Luxury / Jewellery specialization preferred)
