We are looking for an experienced Sr. Collections Specialist to manage B2B collections for US-based clients. The role involves handling accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.
Responsibilities
š Collections & Client Handling
Handle outbound and inbound calls with US-based B2B clients
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections
Maintain professional communication via calls and emails
š° Accounts Receivable Management
Monitor AR aging reports and prioritize overdue accounts
Resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes
Ensure proper reconciliation of client accounts
š Reporting & MIS
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
Share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
Track KPIs like DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
š¤ Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with finance and sales teams
Escalate critical issues when required
Ensure smooth communication between departments
Requirements
3ā6 years of experience in US collections (B2B voice mandatory)
Strong English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
Experience handling international clients
Good understanding of AR and collections process
Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)
