Job Description

• Monitor stock levels/assortments & sales to determine optimal product inventory to support sales.
•  Support E-commerce team on stock requests for various online campaigns across the year. 
• Monitor inventory levels vs. targets and shortages and share monthly reports. 
• Oversee e-commerce product cataloguing to ensure optimal product information & description on the website across categories. 
• Perform monthly audits on e-commerce channels for improved customer experience of online shoppers. 
• Review category performance and suggest pricing and product development improvements to design & finance teams. 
• Assist with administrative functions with operations team.

Skills Required: 

• Ability to quickly learn new software applications, must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel, Analysis.
• Knowledge of jewelry and precious stones is a strong plus An entrepreneurial mind-set that includes a curiosity to improve business acumen is required.
• Motivated individual able to work independently and as a team player is required;
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and decision making skills.
