Job Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from receiving orders to final delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, track stock levels, and manage reordering processes.
- System Management: Ensure efficient use of our order management systems and other CRM software tools.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve any customer issues related to order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
