Key Responsibilities

• Sort and classify diamonds based on cut, color, clarity, and carat weight according to GIA guidelines.
• Identify and segregate diamonds with inclusions, blemishes, or other characteristics.
• Maintain accurate records of assortments and ensure proper labeling.
• Handle diamonds with care, ensuring safety and security at all times.
• Collaborate with grading and quality teams to meet production targets.
• Follow all safety, security, and compliance protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Diamond Assorter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of diamond grading standards (GIA preferred).
• Keen eye for detail and excellent manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High integrity and trustworthiness in handling precious materials.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
