· Managing inventory: Keeping track of all the stocks and ensuring that the necessary supplies are available at all times.
· Documentation: Maintaining records of all transactions and preparing reports for management.
· Order Processing: Managing the order processing system, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, and following up with customers regarding order status.
· Logistics: Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
· Customer Service: Providing customer support and handling complaints or issues related to orders, shipments, and other matters.
· Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards before they are dispatched to customers.
· Coordination with other departments: Collaborating with other teams such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Male /Female. Should have excellent communication skills, Ability to work under pressure, and Good analytical skills. Should have handled the above work profile in a gems and jewellery firm ( Preferably Middle East Market)
