Job Description
We are looking for a polished and consultative Client Advisor to manage high-value jewellery sales at our Defence Colony showroom. This role goes beyond walk-in counter sales and focuses on relationship-led selling, online lead conversion, and personalised client advisory for premium customers.
You will act as a trusted jewellery consultant guiding clients through design selection, pricing, customization, and purchase decisions across both in-store and online touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Client Advisory & In-Store Sales
Provide personalized jewellery consultations based on client preferences, occasions, and budgets
Present gold, diamond, and fine jewellery collections with detailed explanations on quality, pricing, and craftsmanship
Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion
Build long-term relationships with premium clients and ensure repeat business
Online Leads & Digital Sales
Follow up on online inquiries, WhatsApp leads, Instagram DMs, and website enquiries
Share quotations, images, videos, and product details with clients
Schedule store visits and virtual consultations where required
Convert online leads into confirmed sales and walk-ins
Relationship Management
Maintain a personal client database and follow up for anniversaries, weddings, festivals, and special occasions
Proactively reach out to existing customers with new collections and offers
Deliver a luxury, trust-driven customer experience
Coordination & Store Support
Coordinate with inventory, billing, and operations teams
Support custom orders, resizing, and after-sales follow-ups
Ensure showroom presentation and brand standards are maintained
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in jewellery sales / luxury retail / consultative selling
Strong experience handling premium or HNI customers
Comfortable managing online leads, WhatsApp sales, and virtual client interactions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a consultative, non-pushy approach
Presentable personality suitable for a premium South Delhi clientele
Willingness to work retail hours
