We are looking for HR Manager & Operations Executives to handle end to end recruitment and selection process.

Responsibilities

• Handling the End to End complete Recruitment and selection process.
• Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies.
• Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
• On boarding newcomers to the company
• Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
• Scheduling candidates for interview and walk in drive at various locations. And following them up effectively so that they do not back-out. Replacing the back-outs if any.
• Experience with different types of Employment requirements such as Permanent, Contract and Contract-to-hire...
• Follow up the candidates after scheduling interviews and selections & till Joining.
• Uploading relevant profiles in clients & portal after discussion with candidates.
• Schedule interviews, co-coordinate with the shortlisted candidates for next levels of interviews till closure.
• Coordinating Walk in interviews for candidates attending walk in interviews with in the time.
• Maintaining Database of all the profiles which is submitted and which is selected & Rejected by clients.
• Understanding the recruiting strategy and execution of the company annual seasonal hiring.
• Knowledge in job portals and social networking sites.
• Can do the research, identify and communicate with potential job candidates.
• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
• Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
• Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
• Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
