We are looking for a Jewellery Head Merchandiser with 5-10 years of experience in the related field.
Job description:
1.Generating concept and ideas for new collection based on recent trends and research.
2.Enter details in Design Form regarding the Design description of every customer order which helps the designers to portray the design as specified by the customer. 3.Coordinate and execute design development activities as per client requirement with product development team.
4.Getting approvals, making necessary modifications in the product and releasing the same for commercial production.
5.Complete the product development projects within allotted price point and timelines.
6.New PD target report
7.Understanding of diamond market to best maximize diamond pricing/trends with PD development to hit the price points that are apparent in market.
8.Product Assortment sheet.
9.Checking and Reviewing of every design finalized on CAD.
10.New Product Introduction (NPI) Plan
11.Analytical sale report of each Product Performance.
12.Prepare Merchandisers; Sales team; Market / Customers feedback on final samples for PD team
13.Client specific Design presentations.
14.Preparing presentation or pricing require by sales team for any major meeting from line or working on new design sketches if require.
15.Prepare Samples under approved proposal for customer final selection
16.Prepare product proposals as per sales team requirement for customer brands or scheme under Sales head guidance.
17.Give sales team and PD selection on sketches
18.Take confirmation on selection to launch in the Market
19.Sample line product presentation arrangement in coordination with Sales Team 20.Present samples to Sales team and collect feedback.
21.Ensure the final sample meet customer requirements
22.Monitoring manufacturing process till finalized product.
Experience:
5-10 years of experience in the related field.
