Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our jewellery products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings.

  • Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and business development, preferably in the Diamond jewellery or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a good understanding of current marketing trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
