Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our jewellery products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and business development, preferably in the Diamond jewellery or luxury goods sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of current marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
