Responsibilities 

• Explain products and services to customers.
• Understand the buying power of the region.
• Welcome and identify customer needs  in Karaikudi region.
• Enter and process customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Merchandise jewelry displays and keeps an inventory.
• Responsible for the Sales Counter.
• Display all items on the counter correctly as per the approved format. Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots.
• Responsible to check stocks/items received from Store Room and tally them with the previous day's closing stock.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Jewellery Gold, Diamonds, Silver and precious stone like essentials.
• Experience in sales, and customer service in the jewelry industry is a big plus.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Educational qualification - Minimum Plus 2 or Diploma or Degree (Hospitality or technical).
• The minimum age is between 21 and 35 years.
