Responsibilities:

• Jewellery repair - replacing broken clasps on chains, bracelets Repairing chains(soldering links) Altering ring sizes.
• Resetting diamonds and gemstones Versatility working with sterling silver, 10k, 14k and 18k gold Claw repair and replacement.
• Clean and polish jewellery as needed.
• Must be able to identify quality & purity of Gold by manual process.
• To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.
• Must be able to attend walk-in customers at Branches.
• Responsible for accepting & appraising gold jewellery as per company norms.
• Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies.

Requirements:

• Any Degree/Diploma with min 3-5 years of relevant Experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be comfortable to communicate with customers.
• Age should be below 40 years.

Interview process:
