Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales trends, and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demands.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and superior customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall appearance of the showroom and attract customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Showroom Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
