Responsibilities
Assist in managing U.S. client orders and project coordination.
Monitor order timelines and ensure timely production.
Coordinate between design, production, and sales departments.
Support management in operational planning and reporting.
Maintain documentation related to orders, shipments, and client communication.
Requirements
5+ years experience in jewellery operations or merchandising.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good understanding of export or international market processes.
