The Assistant Manager will support business operations for the U.S. jewellery division, coordinating between sales, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Assist in managing U.S. client orders and project coordination. Monitor order timelines and ensure timely production. Coordinate between design, production, and sales departments. Support management in operational planning and reporting. Maintain documentation related to orders, shipments, and client communication.

5+ years experience in jewellery operations or merchandising. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good understanding of export or international market processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
