Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily showroom floor operations and manage staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with product inquiries.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewellery collections.
• Meet sales targets and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in stock management.
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury jewellery or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of jewellery designs, metals, and gemstones is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
