Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products, including prices, materials, and care instructions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, 10th Pass or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewellery industry, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
