Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable diamond jewelry
• Explain product features and benefits
• Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
• Handle billing and payments
• Achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a bonus)
• Presentable and customer-focused
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
