Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
• Supervise and motivate staff
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Manage inventory and visual merchandising
• Handle billing and cash management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of retail or sales experience
• Good communication skills
• Leadership qualities and a positive attitude
• Experience in jewellery retail is a bonus
