Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain the visual standards of the store.
• Participate in inventory management and store operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
