Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on diamond jewelry.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory management, and store upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Previous jewellery retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for diamonds and jewelry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
