Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about lab-grown diamonds and our jewellery collections.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain an inviting and organized store environment.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product lines.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about jewellery and sustainability.
• Fluent in English and Tamil; additional languages such as Hindi are a plus.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
