We are looking for a customer-focused Counter Sales Associate who can deliver an exceptional in-store experience, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have prior jewellery retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for luxury sales.

Greet and direct customers Use pleasant language and anticipate your clients' requirements to build and maintain a positive relationship with them. Give knowledge & correct guidance to customers while they are making their purchase. Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients. Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Eensure racks are fully stocked take care of the display Manage returns of merchandise Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty Inform customers about discounts and special offers Providing after Sales service to the customers. Maintaining Inventory & Collection of Customer Data Responsible for meeting monthly sales revenue target Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Sales, communication, or a similar discipline. Prior experience as a relationship executive, ideally in a similar organization Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics
