Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experience in a premium jewellery retail environment. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and team management skills.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
Drive store sales targets and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals
Monitor KPIs: conversion, ticket size, footfall
Ensure upselling and cross-selling across product categories
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate store team (ASM, SA)
Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
Manage rostering, attendance, and discipline
Customer Experience
Ensure premium in-store experience aligned with brand standards
Handle high-value customers and escalations
Build long-term customer relationships Store Operations
Oversee inventory, stock audits, and visual merchandising
Ensure store hygiene, display standards, and security compliance
Coordinate with backend teams (CRM, warehouse, accounts)
Reporting
Track daily sales reports and team performance
Share insights with management for improvement
Requirements
5–10 years of retail experience (Jewellery preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role
Strong sales orientation and team handling skills
Good communication and customer handling ability
