Seeking proactive Assistant Store Managers to support store operations, team supervision, and customer service excellence in luxury jewellery stores.
Responsibilities
Store Management Support the Store Manager in daily operations, scheduling & discipline. Ensure smooth customer flow & operational efficiency. Sales & Customer Handling Assist in high-value client handling and ensure personalised service. Motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. Team Supervision Train and guide new Sales Associates. Maintain grooming, communication, and service standards. Inventory & Stock Controls Monitor jewellery stock, conduct audits, and ensure shrinkage control. Maintain accurate records for inward/outward movement. Reporting & Compliance Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, footfall & conversion details. Ensure compliance with SOPs and security guidelines.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in jewelry/luxury retail. Strong leadership, communication & customer service skills. Good understanding of gold, diamonds, billing, and showroom operations.
