Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store
• Setting and achieving sales targets while maintaining profitability
• Managing inventory, stock levels, and product displays
• Training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Implementing marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail industry is a plus
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strategize accordingly
• Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
