We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Tanishq showroom in Karur. You will be responsible for overall store operations, sales performance, team leadership, customer experience, and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
1. Achieve monthly sales targets and key business metrics
2. Lead, coach, and schedule the showroom team
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and relationship management
4. Oversee visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock audits
5. Manage billing, cash/credit operations, and daily reports
6. Maintain SOPs for security, compliance, and hygiene
7. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly
8. Drive local marketing and outreach initiatives
Requirements
1. 10+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/manager role (jewellery or premium retail preferred)
2. Strong people management, sales, and communication skills
3. Knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory management, and CRM
4. Comfort with POS systems and MS Excel
