Position: Jewellery Sales Executive

Experience: 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in customers, explain product details, and help with jewellery selection.

Promote and sell gold, diamond, and silver jewellery collections.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Prepare daily sales reports and manage inventory records using Excel.

Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall store operations.

Handle billing, order tracking, and ensure smooth coordination with backend teams.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in jewellery retail or sales.

Proficiency in computer operations, Excel, and internet usage.

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with confidence in handling luxury clients.

Knowledge of jewellery trends and product details preferred.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline; Jewellery or Retail Sales certification will be an advantage.
