Position: Senior Jewellery Sales Executive
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide walk-in customers, offering personalized product recommendations.

Lead sales operations for gold, diamond, and silver jewellery collections.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with repeat and new clients.

Supervise junior sales staff and ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning.

Track sales, update reports, and manage inventory using Excel.

Handle billing, client follow-ups, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in jewellery retail or showroom sales.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong computer and Excel proficiency with full internet knowledge.

Proven ability to convert leads and manage high-value clients.

Leadership qualities and team management skills preferred.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline; Diploma or Certification in Jewellery or Retail Sales is an advantage.
