Job Description

Parekh Ornament is looking for experienced Back Office Executives who will be the backbone of our office operations, supporting the business.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and update the company’s databases with client information, digital records, and other pertinent data.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and other documents.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email or phone and provide after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure sales strategies and activities are in sync.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist in the management of supply chain operations.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the office calendar.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Back Office Executive or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
