Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Implement promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and interpret trends to facilitate planning.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
• Manage store budgets and maintain financial records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
