Responsibilities

Drive store sales targets and ensure revenue achievement
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, ticket size, and footfall
Implement strategies to improve sales performance

Lead, train, and manage store staff (Sales Associates)
Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
Ensure team productivity, grooming, and discipline

Requirements
For Store Manager: 5ā10 years of retail experience
For Assistant Store Manager: 3ā6 years of retail experience
Jewellery or premium retail experience preferred
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Sales-driven mindset with operational understanding
Male candidates preferred as per requirement
