Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in conceptualizing and developing new jewellery collections
• Oversee the entire design process, from ideation to final product development
• Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and merchandising teams
• Research market trends and incorporate innovative ideas into designs
• Ensure designs meet brand standards and customer expectations
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence
• Present design concepts and prototypes to senior management

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in jewellery design
• Degree/Diploma from NIFT (essential)
• Strong portfolio showcasing original jewellery designs
• Proficiency in design software (CorelDRAW, Rhino, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Deep understanding of materials, techniques, and production processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
