Job Description

The Senior Sales Staff will manage daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve sales targets through personalized service and expert product knowledge.

Responsibilities

1. Drive individual and store sales through effective upselling and cross-selling. 2. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. 3. Provide detailed product information and after-sales service. 4. Assist the store manager in team support, grooming, and store maintenance. 5. Maintain accurate sales reports and handle customer queries professionally. 6. Stay informed on competitor trends and market updates.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of diamond jewelry retail experience. 2. Strong communication in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada preferred. 3. Knowledge of diamond grading, trends, and visual merchandising.
