Required Senior Sales Executive for Watch Showroom

The Senior Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and leading the retail sales team.

Senior Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer purchases and inquiries.
• Lead the retail sales team in order to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed throughout the workplace. 
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy. 
• Supervise staff members to ensure high standards are met. 
• Provide training and guidance for new employees.

Senior Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in retail sales management from a Watch Brand
• Proven ability to train the Sales Executive Members

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
• Ability to use retail software systems (POS, Inventory Management, etc.). 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Knowledge of merchandising related to Watches
